This Produce Safety Educational Course covers good agricultural practices or ‘GAPs’, which help reduce the risk of on-farm produce contamination and includes the following topics:

•Worker Training, Health & Hygiene
•Manure and Compost Handling
•Domestic and Wild Animals
•Recordkeeping
•Pre-harvest and Post-harvest Water Quality
