GAPs 3-Hour Training: Athens County

This Produce Safety Educational Course covers good agricultural practices or ‘GAPs’, which help reduce the risk of on-farm produce contamination and includes the following topics:
•Food Safety Modernization Act Overview
•Worker Training, Health & Hygiene
•Manure and Compost Handling
•Domestic and Wild Animals
•Recordkeeping
•Pre-harvest and Post-harvest Water Quality

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

DEADLINE IS MONDAY, April 3, 2017
Registration Fee: $20 Per Person. Make checks payable to The Ohio State University.
