The OSU Fruit and Vegetable Safety Team provides education for produce growers, farm market managers, and others in the produce industry in order to prepare for food safety regulations, inspections, or just to improve produce quality from the farm. This course includes a beginner's overview and includes notes, a workbook, and a certificate of participation in a GAPS course (not the equivolent of "GAPS certification" which requires an inspection of the farm through USDA or other agency- see regulations tab).
