This Produce Safety Educational Course covers good agricultural practices or “GAPs”, which help reduce the risk of on-farm produce contamination. This training will be held at the County Line Auction, 11701 Jeffrey Rd, West Salem, OH 44287. Pre-registration is recommended but walk-ins are welcome!
