In-Person GAPs Trainings Cancelled

Due to COVID-19 all scheduled in-person GAPs trainings have been cancelled.  We are currently determining mechanisms to offer trainings through on-line classes.  Please contact a Fruit and Vegetable Safety Team member or your local Extension Educator for more information.  We will continue to post updates on our website as new information is available.

    Dr. Lynn Knipe of The Ohio State University will be offering a course on MEAT AND POULTRY FOOD LABELING as a part of his HACCP Training Series.     The OSU Fruit and Vegetable Safety Team will be at... MT. HOPE LIVESTOCK AUCTION Millersburg, Ohio To teach a 3-hour education session on GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES for food safety on the produce farm   12:30pm- 3:30pm This program is targeted to the plain community and no technology/ppt will be used.
